This rustic style villa enjoys beautiful views south toward the mountains of Felanitx and also to Randa. It sits on the top of a small rise giving it privacy and also great views!
You enter the house past the pool terrace with the large and unusually shaped pool! Entering the circular entrance hall, you bypass the stairs upstairs that follow the line of the building, through to the large kitchen/dining/living room. It is all open plan with a couple of small steps down to the lounge area. The kitchen forms an "L" shape around the dining area giving it a country house feel. The lounge has a wood-burning stove that easily heats the whole area. There is oil fired central heating throughout the house, should more heat be required.
The kitchen area has access out to the back of the house where at present they keep the animals.
Along a corridor from the kitchen, you go past the large storeroom, the guest WC and the entrance to the granny flat, and then into the good-sized laundry room, then into the south-facing living room with its own wood-burning stove. The owners have recently put in good double glass doors that lead out to the front of the house and the pool area.
The granny flat is a good-sized room with ample space for a large bed and a reading area, and then it has its own bathroom and kitchenette.
Upstairs 3 double bedrooms are sharing 1 bathroom, and the master bedroom, with its own dressing room (complete with laundry shoot to the laundry area!), and a wet room with the shower right in the middle!
If we go back to the entrance circular hallway and go up a further set of steps into the tower, there is room for another bedroom, a study, or a play area.
The house has A/C hot and cold throughout, oil fired central heating throughout, double glazing, a BBQ, and a summer kitchen on a large covered terrace.
It is a great house for entertaining and living outdoors with a huge area of land. A previous owner had started to flatten an area with the view of building a tennis court, which unfortunately has not been completed!
It is a 20-minute walk to the nearest town of Sant Juan, which has a restaurant and a bar, and 5 minutes by car to Montuïri.
