Description

It is a project with four houses between party walls. The building has been developed in four heights adapted to the topography
sloping terrain.
FOUNDATION AND STRUCTURE
In this action, the foundation made of reinforced concrete was calculated according to current regulations and according to the geotechnical study. The construction is made of pillars and girders based on metal profiles with cooperating sheet metal so that the quality is fully guaranteed through the inspections of the technical inspection body.
ROOFS
We have especially made sure that the covers are designed to guarantee their water tightness. The building has a sloping roof finished with Arabic tiles in the front facade and a flat roof in the rear part for installations.
FACADES
In general, the facade housings are made of concrete block, thermal insulation, and cladding of panels prefabricated plaster, supported by galvanized steel profiles. The final coating is a colored mortar.
On the façade, the surface corresponding to the ground floor is covered with stone slabs. Double glazing with an air chamber of the "climalit" type and laminated glass.
TABLETS
The partitions are executed with laminated plaster on metal profiles and thermal insulation - interior acoustically with mineral wool. The layouts of the wet rooms are carried out with moisture-resistant laminated plaster walls.
INTERIOR
The interior doors are made of an inner plate of white prepainted MDF board. The cabinets are built-in and consist of a sheet or several sheets of smooth MDF board lacquered in the interior white in textile melanine with shelves and coat hooks.
FLOOR
A screed is applied to the floors of the house by means of a leveling layer to absorb the finishing paving. It is made of porcelain and finished with a plinth.
CEILINGS
Continuous suspended ceiling in laminated plasterboard screwed to a galvanized steel metal structure completely leveled and finished with paint.
BATHROOMS
The bathrooms are covered with tiles according to the pavement. Toilets will be of the current design with the installation of mixer taps. They are equipped with a shower.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is delivered without furniture and without equipment.
TERRACES AND BALCONIES
The terraces and balconies will have a porcelain floor and a traditional painted steel railing.
FACILITIES
Sanitary and sanitary facilities
The sanitary installation will have a hot and cold water network of polypropylene, with a general shut-off valve and trip keys for each independent wet zone.
Hot water will be generated by means of an aerothermal heat pump. The plumbing network is made of PVC.
AIR CONDITIONING / HEATING
A pre-installation of air conditioning will be carried out.
Electricity and telecommunications
We provide electrical and telecommunication sockets according to current regulations. Installation is being considered
antenna for DTT reception.
An intercom is installed.
