Welcome! My name is Ann Muir Kihlbom and I started this company 2007.
Mallorca is a fascinating island with its diversity of cultures, its blue seas,
rugged mountains and green pastures. And, of course, the diversity of its people. A large percentage of the people are not born on the island and one might ask – why are they here? Most people on
this island have a story to tell and I am no different.
My story starts in May 1984. A cheap flight brought me here for a week´s rest, after hard work and taking an exam. I did not know
what to expect. Most people talked warmly about Mallorca, but all stories weren´t positive. And what happened was that I got an immensely positive surprise! Yes, the sun shone most of the time and
I was out sailing several times and swimming in the sea, but what a difference from my native, cold Sweden! I managed to see quite a lot of Mallorca and was mesmerized by its sheer beauty and I
fell in love with this lovely island!
In 1987 the yachting world brought me back to Mallorca – and I have never left! My resumed career on yachts only lasted a couple of years, as I was
fortunate enough to land a job with a major bank. Many of you will know me from my 17 years in Banca March, and I was often called “Ann in the bank”!
SO WHY BEAUMOUNT PROPERTIES?
The
transition was easy, as I have helped so many clients with their property issues during my banking years. Not only with financial, legal and insurance matters, but also with purchasing and selling.
And, I must be honest, I truly enjoy helping other persons, who like myself have decided that Mallorca is a fantastic island to live on!!
