Beaumount Properties is owned and run by Ann Kihlbom who has lived and worked on the island for over 23 years.

Ann was born in Sweden with English/Swedish parents. She came to Mallorca during the years she sailed professionally and fell in love with the island.

With a background of many years in Mallorcan banking, she is well versed with the financial matters/workings on the island. And with a wide network of business associates, multilingual skills and her passion for Mallorca, Ann is in an ideal position to assist you all the way from property search to finalizing the property deal and helping you with after-sales matters.
